PE 183 - Water Exercise 2 CR Aquatic fitness activities (such as water exercises, aerobic movements, and the use of resistance equipment to promote health-related fitness) are conducted in shallow and/or deep water so swimmers and non-swimmers can participate. Additional skill and cardiovascular development obtained within the two-credit section of this course. [0-32-32] Lab Fee
Additional Information: Course may be taken twice for credit toward graduation. Course Learning Outcomes:
- Apply different tools to assess physical fitness components.
- Demonstrate proper techniques for physical fitness activity.
- Implement knowledge while demonstrating skills to safely engage in a specified physical fitness activity.
